Adriana Luchechko’s professional portfolio is comprised of more than 25 years as a strategic management consultant, with 30 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry.
Since 1991, Ms. Luchechko has worked extensively in the financial services sector in a consulting capacity, as well as in Executive Management roles. She has held positions such as Chief Executive Officer, Executive Vice President, Director of Operations and Director of Policy and Procedure Development, where she played an instrumental role in leading day-to-day operations.
Ms. Luchechko has an extensive background in leadership, training, regulatory compliance, corporate reorganization, performance management, market penetration, customer relations and best practices. One of her many areas of expertise is assessing and restructuring failed, failing and challenged financial service organizations.
In 2001, Ms. Luchechko founded and is still currently the president of the firm The Quality Control Center, performing oversight of banking and mortgage lending institutions for regulatory compliance. Examples of her nationwide clients and referrals include banking regulatory agencies, government service enterprises, banks, credit unions, and mortgage lenders.
Ms. Luchechko received her Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from Pace University, on Wall Street, and Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management from Saint Peters College.
